Welcome to The High Line, your home in the heart of Cagliari.

A spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend time together without sacrificing privacy and comfort. Here you will find four independent bedrooms, two bathrooms, a complete kitchen and a balcony to enjoy with total freedom.



The house is ready to welcome you with everything you need for a simple and pleasant stay. Air conditioning in every room, fast Wi-Fi and a central location, perfect for walking to restaurants, cafes, shops and the main attractions of the city. It is not just a place to sleep, but a place where you can feel truly at home from the very first moment.



The High Line is located on the fourth floor of a curated building, served by lift. The four rooms are all private and equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe and TV, while three also include a desk, convenient for those working while travelling. The two bathrooms are complete, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both provided with towel sets and toiletries.



The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, with access to a small balcony ideal for a coffee or getting some air. A washing machine is also available, located in a private laundry area connected to one of the rooms. The spaces are designed to relax, work or eat together in a practical and comfortable way.



To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.

Spacious apartment with excellent hosts

We had a very pleasant stay at The High Line. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance of Cagliari's city centre, restaurants and shops. It was an excellent choice for our family group. The communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were always quick to respond, friendly and genuinely helpful. We especially appreciated how professionally they handled every question and request during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again. A few small maintenance issues could make the stay even better: The air conditioning in the kitchen was not working. It was not a major issue because the other air conditioners helped cool the apartment, but it could become uncomfortable when cooking. The TV remote in the kitchen/living area was not working, so the TV could not be used. The washing machine did not work properly. The listing photos showed a more complete set of bathroom toiletries, while in reality only shower gel was provided. Some door handles were squeaky, which was noticeable during the night. These are relatively minor issues, and despite them we had a very enjoyable stay.
