La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, vajilla sucia,electrodomésticos sucios,algunos no funcionan, la piscina sucia desde el primer día y nunca fueron a limpiarla,no pudimos usarla,nos dijeron el último día que ivan a limpiarla después de cuatro días quejándonos de su suciedad y de que no podíamos usarla....una vergüenza......un dinero invertido en vacaciones tirado a la basura

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa de Corralejo fue bastante decepcionante. Para empezar, esta ni siquiera fue nuestra primera opción: habíamos reservado otra vivienda, pero nos escribieron diciendo que tenía averías y que nos trasladaban a otra. Nos mandaron fotos y parecía una casa perfecta, pero la realidad fue completamente distinta. Nada más llegar, la puerta de entrada estaba en tan mal estado que parecía que se iba a caer en cualquier momento. Al salir a la piscina, nos encontramos con un escalón roto, lo que resultaba peligroso. La mesa de la terraza era tan inestable que daba miedo apoyarse en ella. El estado de la ropa de cama era muy deficiente: las sábanas estaban viejas y desgastadas, con un aspecto nada agradable. Además, para cuatro personas durante cinco días apenas nos dejaron toallas, lo cual resultó muy incómodo. El mismo día de nuestra llegada, al salir a ver la piscina, vimos que no estaba limpia. Escribimos por WhatsApp al número de contacto que nos habían dado (no sabemos si era la propietaria u otra persona) y nos dijeron que iría el encargado de la limpieza de la piscina. Sin embargo, durante toda la estancia nadie apareció y la piscina nunca se limpió. Lo peor fue que al día siguiente encontramos un ratón muerto en la terraza de la piscina. También había una gran cantidad de mosquitos, no solo en el exterior, sino también dentro de la casa, lo que hacía aún más difícil descansar y disfrutar la estancia. Por último, la casa anunciaba televisión, pero no funcionaban los canales. Informamos del problema, pero nadie se presentó a solucionarlo durante toda nuestra estancia. Con todas estas situaciones, lo mínimo que deberían haber hecho es reembolsarnos parte del dinero o darnos una solución real, no simplemente unas disculpas. En general, la vivienda necesita una renovación urgente y mucha más atención tanto al mantenimiento como a la atención al cliente.
