Very nice place, clean, modern, and very welcoming!Not so great: TV in one of the rooms was broken, the light above the shower in master bath was not working, the remote for the outside TV was missing, the parking space was narrow and uncomfortable for even one vehicle.Great and more: Beds were amazingly soft, and inviting to just sleep and sleep some more, the lighting, space and layout of the house was great, plenty of open space in the kitchen, everyone gets their own little space to enjoy as well as a gathering space to spend time as a family. Overall, really solid, enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back again.

Regarding the TV, we were informed upon your arrival and appreciate you letting us know as we had guest leave the day of your check-in and we were not informed by them. While the home is equipped with multiple additional TVs that were fully operational—we understand that this was an inconvenience for you. Due to the holiday weekend and the short length of the stay, an immediate replacement was not available, but the issue has since been resolved. We also appreciate your note on parking, which is accurately described in the listing to help guests plan ahead. We’re glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay overall and wish you the best in your future travels!

Most of the townhouse felt clean but the floors had definitely not been vacuumed before we arrived. We also kept finding the tiny little black ants in the kitchen. There had been a lot of rain leading up to our arrival so that wasn’t surprising.Our main issue was the AC. Each day when we were gone to the parks the thermostat would reset to 78 so it would be very warm when we got back and wanted to go to bed. We were only here for a very quick trip so didn’t have time to deal with getting that corrected.
