Care for the House: We ask that you treat the farmhouse with respect and leave it as you found it – clean, tidy, and well cared for.
Outdoor Items: Soft furnishings and bedding must remain indoors.
Peace and Quiet: Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. This is a peaceful, rural setting.
Farm Gate Reminder: If you open a gate, please close it behind you.
Kitchen and BBQ Utensils and Cookware: Please wash, dry and return all items to their proper place after use.
Dishwasher: You are welcome to use it.
BBQ Use: If using the BBQ, please clean it thoroughly after use.
Bathroom and Septic System Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided for sanitary products, wipes or any other non-flushable items.
Used Towels: Please leave all used towels in the bathroom for our team to collect.
Property Info Lights and Windows: Turn off all lights, close windows, and lock doors before leaving the property.
Rubbish Disposal: All rubbish should be placed in the main bins located in the car park before checkout.
