It’s a place to stay, pretty clean, no complaints. It’s not a far walk to the center of the city.

Oh my GOSH. We loved this place. Better than the photos. Adorable. Lots of space in this cute little house. 1 1/2 bathrooms. Very nice kitchen. Considerately had laundry soap. No dryer but good drying racks. Our home for 5 nights and we didn’t want to leave.

A beautiful, well-designed and modern small house with excellent underfloor heating. Everything is very clean and tidy. It is very well connected to downtown via public transportation. However, if you rent a car, it gets expensive. The parking fees are typical for Norway at 34 per day. Parking is free only on Sundays. There is no private parking space. The bedrooms are upstairs, which can only be reached via a short but very steep staircase, which may be too demanding for seniors. The reason we’re giving it only four stars is that the amenities—especially the kitchenware—left something to be desired. There was no toaster, just a single beer glass, and only one teaspoon, and no tea towel. That’s simply not appropriate in this price range. But that could certainly be easily fixed.
