The communal areas in the building were very damp and dirty. Towels were very damp. Front door lock broken.

Thanks for your feedback, the communal area unfortunately is something I don’t have control over - though I will still do my best to contact the neighbours. Thanks for also saying privately that the apartment itself was very good
