Total nightmare that just won’t end. Arrived and was put into a flat that we did not book. Hot water heater was broken and lights didn’t work. Host did not give clear instructions on anything and we were left to fend for ourselves. Host will not answer phone or return messages but expects you to answer on first ring. After we finally got into the flat we booked, the host called constantly asking if we were there- like we came to London to sit in the flat and do nothing. They came into the flat while we were gone to install internet the day before we left. The morning we were packing to leave, the cleaning man came into the flat without knocking or letting us know. He was there 30 minutes before our checkout time. And to top it off the host said we would get 5% discount on rental but refuses to acknowledge messages and calls from me or Vrbo to issue the credit. BEWARE! You don’t want this hassle on your holidays.
