Very nicely maintained home in a good location

We very much enjoyed staying in Michelmas Cottage using it for 3 adults in 3 separate bedrooms . It was well equipped, comfortable and in a good location for the town and the beach.

A great place to stay in Broadstairs

Brilliant location - very central but still with free parking and a courtyard garden. Broadstairs has everything needed for a seaside break but there is also easy access to Ramsgate on the open top bus or train to Margate. The Popup at Bleak House just round the corner was a great place for brunch on our final day.

Amazing location

Fantastic location just moments from the beach, shops and cafes. Comfortable beds, lovely little garden and everything in the kitchen that you need. A few decorative repairs needed but didn’t detract from the lovely experience.

Great holiday home

This is a pretty, comfortable home in a great location. Although small, we liked the outside space with its table and extra seating. We would have appreciated alternative bedding as the weather was very warm and the duvets too heavy. Overall an almost perfect holiday home.

Pleasant house in great location

A comfortable house with every thing we needed for our stay. There is no off-road parking but we had no problem parking 3 minutes away on Eastern Esplanade. The location is great with 2 beaches and a good selection of restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk while the road is very quiet.

Wholesome family visit

Great house in a good location - only a 5 minute walk to the sea and pubs that we loved. It was very clean and everything was easy to find. It was well stocked - we were there for Christmas and there were enough baking trays, plates, glasses etc. The sitting room was a little cosy for 5 adults but there is a second tv room upstairs which we also used. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Michaelmas cottage and Keepers Cottages.

Comfortable and accessible

We enjoyed how close this place was to the centre of town, especially with two of our party who have mobility challenges at the moment. We found the internal finish to be a good standard, though a few guests before us had left their mark on the melamine dining table. The sitting room was a touch smaller than we’d imagined from photos, but the upstairs snug room was a welcome addition to offset that.
