About this property
Panoramic estuary views - short walk to Aberdyfi village & its beautiful beach
Located a short walk down the hill or 1-2 minute drive from Aberdyfi's array of pubs, restaurants, shops and beautiful beach, the crowning jewel of this property is undoubtedly its beautiful sea facing patio - providing panoramic views across the estuary and Cardigan Bay.
The outdoor seating area creates an ideal setting for morning coffee, evening drinks and al fresco cooking. Inside is comfortable, cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Terrace by the Tide is a bungalow with 2 bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and the other with two single beds), a lounge / dining area, a bathroom, kitchen and porch to hang coats.
Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space and the bathroom has both a bath and shower making it suitable for families with children.
The living area has a smart TV, electric reclining chair, sofa and a table and chairs for dining.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
Throughout the house there are calming blues, greens and neutrals giving it a restful and seaside feel.
On the front terrace, you'll find a comfortable seating area and parasol perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, a drink and casual dining.
Guests have access to both a traditional brick built charcoal BBQ and by its side, a Weber gas BBQ, ideal for enjoying the outdoors whilst cooking.
The bungalow also has a back garden with decking and an alternative view of the mountains (and sheep if there!).
Parking is on the road and there are 8 steps leading up to the property.
Aberdyfi is a quaint harbour and seaside destination within the Snowdonia National Park, where the river Dyfi meets the blue waters of Cardigan Bay.
With four pubs, a handful of restaurants / cafes, Aberdyfi-made ice cream parlour and a popular fish and chip shop to choose from, you're spoilt for choice. There are many interesting independent shops and art galleries to browse and a larger supermarket and other amenities 5 minutes away in Tywyn.
Aberdyfi has a series of circular walks offering visitors the chance to explore the Wales Coast Path while appreciating the natural beauty.
Aberdyfi has a variety of watersports - sailing, sailboarding, rowing, canoeing, fishing and boat trips. In the summer, there are regattas, competitions, and events along with family entertainment on its award-winning beaches.
Aberdyfi's championship golf course is also one of Aberdyfi's major attractions.
