Relax in this well appointed two bedroom, two bath home tucked in the Boreal Forest on the Lake Michigan shore in the heart of the quiet side of Door County. The home is located about 6 miles (10 minutes) from Baileys Harbor, 9 miles (15 minutes) from Sister Bay or Ephraim and 14 miles (20 minutes) from Fish Creek. The home is conveniently located near many restaurants, shops, hiking trails, parks and other local attractions.

Outside, enjoy the view from the benches or hammocks along the shoreline, or while sitting on the large deck at the front of the house. Or maybe roast marshmallows around the campfire. With a little luck, you might see a pelican, a bald eagle, a pileated woodpecker, or a seagull dive for a fish. A two-person kayak and two paddle boards are included to explore the lake. If you just want to cool off in the lake, make sure to bring your water shoes; the bedrock beach is rocky.

The open great room features large patio doors and windows looking out to the Cana Island lighthouse and Lake Michigan. The patio doors open onto a large deck bordering the front of the home. On cool nights, enjoy the wood burning fireplace too! The couch, oversized chair and other seating provide ample seating for conversation or watching a movie on the 55" flat screen TV with a variety of streaming services or the Blu-Ray player. The couch and oversized chair convert to a queen and single bed if you need. These pullout beds are comfortable - really; no springs or support bars to stick into your back! There is a large cabinet that holds a wide selection of games, puzzles, movies, and books.

Adjoining the great room is the dining area with a table seating six comfortably.

The dining area opens into a fully equipped kitchen; electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and all the equipment you might need. A charcoal grill is available for barbecuing as well (charcoal and lighter fluid supplied).

Two bedrooms. Each with a queen bed and ample storage in the built-in closet storage system. The beds have Casper mattresses. Pillows and bedding are supplied.

One bedroom connects to a full bath with a tub and shower. The second bath has a shower with plenty of cabinet space. Towels and washcloths are supplied.
