VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: On the terrace of this apartment there is a jacuzzi that is out of service and has no maintenance whatsoever, for this reason it is covered and cannot be used.Book your holidays in this apartment with air conditioning/heating, parking and terrace, among other amenities. In a complex with communal swimming pool and children's pool, ideal for families looking to relax and have fun near the sea. If you prefer the low season, there are special offers for long stays!With capacity for up to 4 adults, the apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen, and a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and access via a spiral staircase to a solarium terrace.In the Laguna Beach textile urbanisation, about 550 metres from Las Marinas-Bolaga El Playazo beach, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets with a community swimming pool + children's pool (open in July and August). Additionally, you will have access to a free parking space in the underground garage of the urbanisation for your convenience.Visit Vera Playa, an ideal destination that allows you to get to know other nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar, and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata - Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are 1 hour away by car.IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In the case of monthly rental with a discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets / youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
