Beautiful house offering on the ground floor: a living room (with fireplace), a dining room and a kitchen (with fireplace) (40m² per room). Two tables for 16 people (kitchen and dining room). A toilet.
Upstairs :
7 bedrooms: 1 double bed suite 1m60 + bathroom with shower and WC, 1 double bed suite 1m40 + bathroom, 3 double bedrooms 1m60, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with 2 bunk beds. (Two baby beds and 4 extra 2 pers beds). A bathroom with shower and bath, 1 shower room + WC and 1 independent WC.
Central heating plus fireplace in the kitchen and living room.
The house is in the middle of the park, it faces East / West, the pool in the sun all day. It is secured by a fence to the standards in force.
The perfectly maintained garden, portico for children, pingpong table, trampoline Outdoor games for children and adults (giant chess, pétanque, babington), television, internet and wifi, DVD player, home cinema.

Nice week together with friends

We spent a lovely week in this beautiful house. We were three families, six adults and six children between 3 and14 years old. The house lived up to our expectations and needs. We had all the meals outside in the garden and spent a lot of time by the pool since it was a very hot week in July. We can also recommend a trip to Poitiers - a beautiful town, and the zip line-parc in Thuré.

Perfect break for big group

The property is stunning and maintains a real sense of history and character, whilst being modern and comfortable to stay in. We stayed with a large group, 10 adults and 8 children (aged between 1 and 9) and had the best time. There are so many things for all, the pool, trampoline, table tennis and various swings scattered around the amazing, vast grounds. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, carefree break in the beautiful french countryside. Catherine and her partner were also very helpful and were very responsive with any questions we had before or during our stay. Lovely property, lovely hosts and would highly recommend. Thankyou Catherine for allowing us to experience your beautiful property.

Très grande maison familiale bordée d un immense parc très bien entretenu.Des jeux pour petits et grand ( piscine, trampoline, terrain de boule, table de ping Pong) qui nous ont permis de passer une semaine entre amis tout en détente en profitant du calme de la campagne.Dans les gros plus: cuisine très bien équipée, de grandes chambres et de grands espaces pour se retrouver, une piscine sécurisée.Salle de bain un peu vieillissantes mais cela ne nous a pas gêner. A 5 min en voiture des commerces.Merci pour l accueil!

Prachtig Frans huis van alle gemakken voorzien, kraakt wel een beetje

Een prachtig huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig: zwembad, tafeltennistafel en heel veel andere spellen, er is meer dan voldoende servies, pannen, bestek, apparatuur, afwasmachine, wasmachine etc. De keuken met lange tafel en lange tafel buiten waren onze favoriet. De tuin en zwembad zijn heerlijk. Vanaf de tuin kun je wandelingen maken en in het nabij gelegen dorpje Lencloitre zitten maat liefst 3 bakkers en een goede slager. De minpunten die wij kunnen noemen is dat het huis vanwege haar leeftijd (vanzelfsprekend) oud is: de houten vloeren kraken, de deurklinken maken herrie. We misten sloten op een toiletdeur en badkamer, op 2 van de 4 toiletten mag je alleen plassen. De 1-persoonsbedden zakken een beetje door. Kortom, een mooi Frans huis, goed geschikt voor een grote groep mensen om een hele fijne tijd te hebben.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Tout y est pour profiter à chaque moment de la journée et de la soirée, la maison est magnifique et le parc est idyllique!! Sous le charme 😍 Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, la communication est aisée, ils ont fait tout pour que nous nous sentions le mieux possible. Nous y retournerons très certainement car le lieu se prête à des réunions familiales très chaleureuses! Merci encore

Lieu idéal pour famille !

Une grande et très belle demeure, entourée d’un parc aux arbres remarquables. Calme absolu, tout pour jouer, piscine chauffée sécurisée, et puis… tout pour cuisiner, pour se reposer… Mais de plus la décoration est délicate, raffinée avec des surprises dans chaque pièce. Accueil très chaleureux et simple !

Regroupement familial réussi

Cette propriété nous a parfaitement convenu. Elle nous a permis de réaliser facilement notre réunion de famille annuelle : elle offre plusieurs espaces qui permettent à chacun de s'isoler si besoin, mais elle permet également à tous (17) d'être réunis pour manger, passer des moments ensemble, être autour de la piscine. La propriete est magnifique. Une maison familiale tres agreable où petits et grands y trouvent leur compte : equipement menager adapte pour de nombreuses personnes, les pieces de la maison sont spacieuses, les enfants ont profite des loisirs sur place avec bonheur et un terrain magnifique (nous avons pu voir des chevreuils deux matins de suite).un mini versailles comme diraient les enfants.
