Spacious apartment in the La Arena neighborhood with 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 full bathrooms and independent kitchen and living room. Large terrace with dining area and relaxation zone, equipped with table, chairs, sofa and poufs. Ideal for families or groups.
Located in the La Arena Neighborhood, next to San Lorenzo beach. Area with bars, shops, supermarkets and excellent public transport connection to move around the city.
Please note that parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
