Ive travelled the world using VRBO and never had a bad experience, I guess there is always a first time. The unit looks very nice and modern and a great location, when we checked in the toilet was plugged and there were towels missing and no hand soap. We then noticed the bedroom door closer was broken which prevented you from opening the door all the way, there were hardly any dishes but then noticed the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the dishwasher didn't seem to work, the bathroom shower had a couple of places with some very bad mould and the exhaust fan didn't work and was filthy dirty as was the glass in the door in the unit. We reported the toilet, towel and soap issue right away to the host, over the first 48 hours I was told about 10 times they were escalating the situation to their customer team and at the end of each day was told there was no one available to help us. We were there for 72 hours and never received any remedy for any of our issues. I managed to unplug the toilet which was caused by, I would presume, the cleaner dropping a small plastic measuring cup into the bowl. If I hadn't been able to fix the toilet I'm not sure what we would have done. Clearly the host didn't reside locally, and their inability to assist us was extremely disappointing. The only thing luxury about this place is the name as they have a long way to go to know what customer service looks like. I would not recommend this place until they get their act together.
