I'd stay here again. Proximity to LAX and everything else you can need during your stay makes this an absolutely excellent location. The house is spacious and suited our needs perfectly!

The house is clean, quiet, and spacious. Host also communicated in a timely manner.There’s one parking spot in the driveway, and the street isn’t packed with cars, so likely easy to park there, too.No short walking distance food, but a Wendy’s is maybe a 3-minute drive away, as is a main street with gas, etc. It’s the quiet and being away from the bustle that you’re getting!The AC and ceiling fans worked well, and the TV and couch set-up under an awning outdoors was a unique touch.The host furnished shampoo and liquid soap in the showers, as well as hand soap pumps at sinks.There is coffee making gear (a French press, primarily), coffee beans and a grinder.Check out was easy - just put used towels in a pile, strip beds, take out the garbage, and lock the door. (We washed our dishes, too, as the dishwasher was broken in our mid-May 2026 stay, so check with host in advance on if it’s working. We got paper ware at a grocery store so as not to have a ton of dishes to deal with on vacation.)The house was nice, decently maintained, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Overall, a relaxing stay!
