The Space
Located just a 5-minute drive from city centre La Fortuna, our villa is part of the exclusive El Establo Condominium, which offers 24-hour security guard-controlled access and a QR code entry system, ensuring complete peace of mind and privacy during your stay. In addition, you’ll find a wide variety of nearby restaurants to suit every taste.

Villa Refugio #1 is conveniently located near the entrance to the condominium. This charming villa features a master bedroom equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a full bathroom. From the bed, you can enjoy a direct and spectacular view of the majestic Arenal Volcano, thanks to its sliding glass doors that also open onto the terrace and private hot tub. It’s the perfect place to relax while surrounded by nature.

The villa features a small kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes. The living room is decorated in a cosy and functional style.

As part of the condo’s common areas, our guests can reserve the ranch for events with at least 15 days’ notice. This space includes a shared pool, ideal for enjoying with family or friends. It also features a basketball court, perfect for those who enjoy sports and outdoor recreation.

In addition, the condominium offers a beautiful nature trail where you can spot sloths, toucans, and a wide variety of wildlife. It’s the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing experience in touch with nature, without straying far from La Fortuna’s main attractions.
Guest Access
All areas within the villa are for completely private use: this includes the master bedroom, the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, the terrace, and, of course, the private hot and cold tub and the parking area.

In addition, as part of the condominium, guests can enjoy several common areas. These include the shared pool located at the ranch, the basketball court, and a beautiful nature trail where you can spot sloths, toucans, and many other animals.

It’s important to note that the ranch can be used freely as long as it isn’t reserved for an event. If you’d like to have exclusive use of the space for a special activity, reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance.

We ask that you maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere in the common areas to ensure a pleasant experience for all residents of the condominium.
