Pool terrace and hot tub, located between the two houses; I live in House One with my family, and guests are granted exclusive use of the property.

One of the bungalows on the terrace is part of my house, and that’s where my daughter sleeps.

Gas to heat the pool
The cost of gas used to heat the pool is the guest’s responsibility.
The pool uses approximately $2,000. For a weekend (Fri–Sun), the heater is turned on the night before your arrival.

Housekeeping service: $500 per day, including the day of arrival and the day of departure. He is responsible for running the entire house and common areas, helping you carry your luggage up and down, turning the outdoor lights on and off, preparing the pool and lounge chairs, and handling any unexpected issues—such as a blown light bulb, gas heater, or plumbing problem—that may arise during your stay.

If you wish, you can hire a housekeeper and/or cook to make your stay even more comfortable. Check availability and the daily rate

The pricing schedule is per person, so you’ll need to specify how many people will be included in the reservation. Up to 8 people can be accommodated in the 3 bedrooms of the main house. For groups of 9 or more, the bungalow located on the pool terrace will also be assigned.

This cosy house is part of a complex of two independent residences, designed to provide privacy and comfort.
The spacious terrace, which includes a pool and a hot tub, is strategically located between the two houses.
During their stay, guests enjoy exclusive use of this area, creating the perfect space for relaxation.
We live in the second house and take pride in personally welcoming our guests, ensuring that their experience is memorable.
