There's a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjoining full bathroom on the main floor; upstairs there are three more bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with two sets of bunk beds). High quality mattresses were recently purchased. The house has a charming front porch and a spacious (and completely private) backyard with a patio, gas grill and new outdoor shower. The yard is beautifully landscaped and features a dining table and patio furniture (with new custom cushions), new shed stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Owner writes for HGTV magazine and has strived to make this house feel like a home for tenants. If you want a vintage beach rental with modern amenities, this house is for you.
