Please note: This property is located on a working farm and was formally a traditional stone farm building set around an uneven cobbled medieval yard.. Nutmeg’s is a characterful holiday cottage with a unique split-level layout and standout features, including a striking internal chimney with real wood-burning stove and a galleried landing above. High ceilings with exposed roof beams and a slate floor enhance its rustic charm. The spacious lounge offers a comfy deep sofa, easy chairs, and a flat screen Freeview TV with Blu-Ray player, creating a relaxing retreat.

A circular dining table sits by a large window overlooking Nutmeg’s private garden and beautiful countryside views. Although open and airy, the lounge remains cosy with central heating and the warmth of the wood burner. Down three steps is the fully equipped kitchen with polished granite worktops, pine dressers, breakfast bar, and all essential appliances.

Upstairs, the main bedroom features a double bed with bedding and countryside views. The twin bedroom offers two 3ft beds and a Velux window. Both rooms enjoy peace and privacy, ensuring a restful stay. Dogs are welcome too.

Tucked away in the tranquil countryside near St Genny’s, Old Newham Farm offers an ideal rural escape while keeping you close to the best of North Cornwall. Within a short drive, you’ll find dramatic coastlines and beautiful, dog-friendly beaches like Widemouth Bay, Trebarwith Strand, and Crackington Haven, perfect for swimming, rock pooling, or catching waves.
