One Bedroom Studio Deluxe Apartment

Studio 2 Apartment is a new fully refurbished modern ground floor apartment within the impressive Edwardian built town house in the centre of the coastal resort of Lytham St Annes. It has its own private bathroom, kitchen dining area and lounge overlooking its own private patio to the front of the building.
The Bungalow and its studio apartments are all self contained fully modernised accommodation areas.

Each with fully equipped kitchens and dining areas with flat screen televisions in the lounge and separate seating areas as well as separate bedrooms with flat screen television.

There is also separate shower rooms and wc all on the same floor.

Host was amazing so welcoming. Loved this apartment, close to shops,restaurants and the promenade but so quiet at night. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfy bed. Private parking. Definitely recommend, we will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The apartment was fabulous. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. Great selection of kitchen facilities and a nice big shower and comfy bed along with a great sitting area.. We stayed on Valentinrs weekend and had been left some lovely chocolates which was really thoughtful. Tea/ coffee / milk / water and biscuits were also supplied . Overall a fantastic stay and Phil is very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back ☆☆☆☆☆.
