About this property
Fitzrovia Duplex|Patio, Park|Tube Stations Nearby | Pass the Keys
A bright and inviting duplex set in a classic Georgian building, right in the heart of Fitzrovia. With a private patio, generous natural light, and quiet comfort across two levels, it’s a calm retreat just moments from Regent’s Park, Oxford Street, and two nearby tube stations.
Whether you’re in town for work or a weekend away, this cosy one-bedroom (with a sofabed) is a perfect London base.
This flat has been my peaceful little base in the heart of Fitzrovia — a place that feels tucked away, even though you’re right in central London. It's a Georgian duplex with big windows, gentle light, and a layout that just works.
Upstairs, there’s a relaxed open-plan living space where I’ve shared many cups of tea on the sofa and slow Sunday mornings by the window. The sofa pulls out into a bed if you're staying with friends or family. The kitchen’s fully equipped with everything you need — simple, practical, and ready for you to make yourself at home.
Head downstairs and you’ll find the quiet bedroom with a comfy double bed, a modern bathroom with a proper walk-in shower, and a little courtyard patio that’s surprisingly peaceful for such a central spot. It’s a space I’ve loved — coffee in the mornings, wine in the evenings, or just stepping out for air.
You’re in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods — a quiet street nestled between Charlotte Street’s foodie gems, Goodge Street’s transport links, and the leafy elegance of Regent’s Park just around the corner. Fitzrovia has a charm of its own: central, walkable, and full of character without feeling crowded.
I’ve put together a little welcome pack to help you settle in — tea, coffee, toiletries, and a few essentials for your first couple of days.
I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I have.
Guest access
You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.
Other things to note
The essential, but less glamorous bits 🌿
We want everything about your stay to feel smooth, relaxed, and stress-free — so here’s the practical side of things, made easy.
Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM.
If you’d like a little flexibility, we’re happy to help where we can — just give us a heads up in advance (there’s a small fee, and it depends on availability).
We do ask that you check out on time — our lovely cleaners often arrive right at 11AM, and delays throw off their whole day. A £20 fee applies for each half hour of unauthorised late check-out or early arrival.
Keys
The day before you leave, we’ll send a quick reminder on how to return the keys — it’s super important to follow that, as our team relies on timely access. If the keys are left incorrectly, there’s a £50 fee to cover the disruption.
If keys are lost, broken, or locked inside the flat, there’s a £100 fee to cover lock replacement.
Locked yourself out? We can arrange a call-out for £60.
Need an extra set of keys? We’re happy to help with 24 hours’ notice, and a £100 deposit.
Parking
There’s no private parking, but it’s easy to sort nearby:
– Use RingGo for pay-as-you-go street parking
– Apps like JustPark or YourParkingSpace often have great local options
ZipCar users: parking isn’t included in their rates — you’ll need to book a bay separately.
Little guests
Need a travel cot? We can arrange one for £40 (includes delivery and pickup).
Want a high chair too? The full package is £45.
Just give us 24 hours’ notice so we can get it ready in time. (Please bring your own cot bedding.)
No smoking, please
This is a non-smoking home — and we do mean it. A £200 fine applies if smoking is detected.
Visitors and noise
Please don’t invite extra guests over without prior permission, and keep things respectful — no parties or loud music. We’re in a peaceful residential area. A £250 fine applies for any breach of this.
Lost something?
It happens! A third-party service handles shipping and charges a minimum of £25 per item, plus delivery costs.
Linen for longer stays
Staying 21 nights or more? Our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose:
– Fresh linen delivery, or
– Rehire the current set, which we’ll collect after you check out.
Both options are billed the same.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
