We are sorry to hear that you did not feel satisfied with her experience. During your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding issues with the jacuzzi, hot water, air conditioning, kitchen supplies, furniture, or other items mentioned in this review. Had we been notified at the time, we would have had the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns while the guest was still at the property. We also take any concern regarding privacy extremely seriously. As hosts, we understand that unexpected issues can occur, and we always prefer to have the opportunity to resolve them during the stay, when corrective action is actually possible. In this case, none of the issues described in the review were communicated to us during the guest’s visit. We encourage our guests to contact us immediately if anything requires attention.
