The rooms are equipped with both heating and AC Units as well as with additional blankets. Each guest has two pillows, a large towel, medium towel, hand towel and makeup towels. Why they chose this property
It is located in the heart of the Casco Antiguo de Cádiz so everything will be a short walk to reach. We are 8 minutes away from Playa de la Caleta, 2 minutes away from the nearest coffee shop, 3 minutes away from the nearest grocery store. 2 minutes from a parking garage, and surrounded by endless restaurants and bars.
What makes this property unique
We run a 270 m2 townhouse villa with our own private entrance and equipped with a rooftop. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is more than enough room for all guests to relax and share the space comfortably. There is AC and heating in 3 of the bedrooms above with the exception of the bedroom on the lower floor with a portable fan and heater.
