I run a 5 bedroom villa equipped with art studio space and rooftop terrace in the heart of the old town of Cadiz, Spain called Caleta Club.
Why they chose this property
It is located in the heart of the Casco Antiguo de Cádiz so everything will be a short walk to reach. We are 8 minutes away from Playa de la Caleta, 2 minutes away from the nearest coffee shop, 3 minutes away from the nearest grocery store. 2 minutes from a parking garage, and surrounded by endless restaurants and bars.
What makes this property unique
We run a 270 m2 townhouse villa with our own private entrance and equipped with a rooftop. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is more than enough room for all guests to relax and share the space comfortably. There is AC and heating in 3 of the bedrooms above with the exception of the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor with portable fans and heaters.
