Updated luxury bathrooms with whirlpool tub in one master bedroom/walk in shower in other. Screened-in double size tile porch with views of courtyard and lush tropical landscaping. Beach chairs/cable tv. One of only three units with 3 full bathrooms. One of only two units with a walk-in/roll-in shower.
Complex Amenities: Pool, tennis courts, canoe, kayaks. On Bowman's Beach, one of the best shelling beaches in the world. WIFI in unit.

Great property!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. we normally stay on Captiva but decided to save money by staying on Sanibel. The property had a lot to offer (kayaks, canoes and paddleboarding) for free. We have already booked for next year.

Island Escape

Very nice condo with all the extras. Property is very well kept. Short distance to the beach with easy walking paths.Great for large families with young kids.

Spacious and comfy condo

Enjoyed our time at Blind Pass Condominiums F103. Had plenty of space for our family which included 5 adults, 2 teenagers and a toddler. Had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated all of the beach goodies we could use while visiting. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and going through our shells.

Decent, quick access to Bowman's Beach

A good place to stay for a quick walk to Bowman's Beach. Blinds in several rooms were broken, causing privacy issues. The back slider door was tricky to lock and was not secure. Visible water damage in hall bathroom. There was a good amount and variety of seating. Making it great to stretch out and relax. Fantastic washer and dryer! The tile floors were a plus, making it easy to sweep up the sand.

Not as pictured - dirty

I will start with the positives ( since there wasn’t many) the 2nd bedroom was nice. My daughters that shared it said the mattress was comfortable. The washer/ dryer were nice the kitchen was good . Ok for the bad… I’m just going to list them because there was so many items The master bed was hard as a board . So uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep. The closets/Lanai were cluttered and dirty They lanai screen door didn’t lock The sliding glass door didn’t lock. ( leaving my 19yr old alone was not comforting) The white towels are stained with something brown ( and we washed them ) Lightbulbs were missing or not working everywhere. ( desperately need one near the condo door for unlocking with the key pad) The FLOORS WERE FILTHY!! Our feet were so dirty and we had to wash them before getting into bed. Gross! The full size beds felt like they were going to fall apart. The bifold doors in the master is broken. The tub in the master bathroom doesn’t drain, the faucet in the sink doesn’t shut off. The walls were marked up and dirty. The rug in the living room was missing! Even the clock didn’t have a battery. Someone desperately needs to go in and update the master bedroom and bathroom. Deep clean everything and paint the walls. We will not be returning to blind pass f103 ever again. What a disappointment!

Regarding broken locks, light bulbs, batteries, drains etc, we do have maintenance on site 6 days a week. If you ever need assistance please don't hesitate to reach out. I will pass along the cleaning issues to our Housekeeping staff and make sure they are paying closer attention. We are currently doing our Deep Cleans as well, will make sure everything is taken care of. Hope despite those issues you had a good time and come back in the future.
