Really loved our stay here, Oscar was super accommodating. Apartment was clean spacious. Oscar was able to accommodate early check in and late check in. Super smooth communications, all the amenities were wonderful, access to the gym, and sauna was nice to have.

Oscar is amazing. He took the time to explain the key access, parking, and pool access despite the language barrier. It is obvious he cares about your stay and makes sure you have everything needed. The apartment was clean and well kept. With comfortable beds and large storage spaces it made a perfect spot to relax before our flight. I highly reccomend this listing for all of the above reasons and proximity to transit lines to quickly get into Madrid.

Great property for the price. Easy access to public transportation to get to the city center. We typically mainly used Uber. Of note, primary bedroom bed was not big enough for two adults to sleep comfortably. But the pull out sofa coach was a plus. Saved by cooking breakfast and lunch in the well stocked kitchen

Great new apartment w 2 bed and 2 full bathrooms. Easy and safe access, pet friendly .. parking on the street was always available and free. Balcony makes it interesting… A bit cold though

i stayed here for 2.5 weeks with my partner & sister, who were looking after me post-surgery in madrid. the apartment was very conveniently located near the metro station (7 min walk) and near some grocery shops too! my family were able to use the gym but the pool was closed unfortunately. it was a really nice apartment, very clean and had everything i needed for a smooth recovery. the host also picked us up/dropped us off at the airport for 30 and allowed a slightly later check out as our flight wasn’t until 9pm. would definitely stay here again! gracias :)

Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.Leider entsprachen die Angaben zum Pool und Fitnessstudio nicht ganz den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Der Zugang zu diesen Einrichtungen war teilweise nicht möglich bzw. ausschließlich für Langzeitbewohner vorgesehen.Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Madrid, ist jedoch mit der Metro oder der Renfe sehr gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner Nachteil sind die eingeschränkten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Dank der ausgezeichnet funktionierenden Lieferdienste für Lebensmittel und Essen lässt sich dies jedoch problemlos ausgleichen.

L'hôte répond rapidement aux demandes, nous avons été très bien accueillis et suivis sur place. L'appartement est parfait, bien équipé, dans une résidence toute neuve et très chouette avec parking au sous sol. On est proche de l'autoroute mais l'appartement est très bien isolé. Nous étions 4 avec notre chien mais l'espace est agréable et suffisant. Nous étions à 15-20 min du centre de Madrid en voiture mais il y a également beaucoup de bus à proximité. Nous reviendrons !
