About this property

Beautiful 3 bedroom (2 en-suite)+ large 2 bed loft with game table, home overlooking private 1/2 acre with amazing mountain and sunset views! Recreate directly from driveway as you can UTV, snowmobile and hike directly from property! No need to trailer as trails come right off our extra large driveway that allows for snowmobile trailers and multiple Cars. Enjoy the view from the back deck with outside dining and Trager grill and propane fireplace table to enjoy the evenings outside while staying warm! Upper deck has gate to keep dogs secure on deck, but gated to keep them from escaping. Down below on the patio you’ll find a 6 person hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, and a huge fire pit and seating for 10. Extra large rec room downstairs with additional smart tv, 2 sofas, extra large bean bag so perfect for lounging and watching movies or game time with Foosball and darts. Large driveway (w/ basketball hoop) to accommodate trailers and multiple cars with additional parking above driveway.

The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center features outdoor swimming, hot tubs, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and a workout room. Daily passes are $10, 6 and under free.

Fantastic getaway

We had a fantastic stay. The house was in a great location and was well stocked with everything you could need. The host was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable and cozy house and perfect for our group. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Some good, some not so good

My family and I stayed here over Memorial weekend and had a great time. The atv access directly from the house was a huge hit. The firepit and fire feature on the deck were also wonderful. The view from the deck was spectacular. The house was well-equipped with kitchen items and even spices and lots of extra's. The owners were able to get us in early on checkin day which was hugely appreciated and we were trying to avoid the Memorial day traffic. Owners were very responsive when the code had been changed so we couldn't get into house initially. The only issue we had was with cleanliness of the place. We got there and saw broken glass shards on the kitchen counter. My daughter got wet paper towel to clean them up and paper towel was very grimy and dirty after wiping counter. Alot of the dishes were dirty and had to be re-washed before we could use them. Carpets in the bedrooms were very dirty to where you didn't want to walk bare foot on them. Throw rugs were also very dirty. My daughter and son in law found someone's sock in their bed in the master downstairs which led us to believe the sheets hadn't been changed. There was a layer of dust on the coffee tables in front room and you could see tons of dirt/dust/fluffies under the couch where it hadn't been swept in some time. Several of toilet lids were broken so my little 4 year old grandson had the lid leaving on his back while trying to use toilet. Hand towel bar downstairs bath was just sitting on wall, not attached and came off when touched. Overall we liked our stay here and thought the owners had a huge potential to make the place a 5 star if they had a different cleaning crew and if they could clean the carpets occasionally.

Amazing view and GREAT location!

This property was great and perfect for our group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids to close out the summer. The outdoor area was wonderful to hang out in with the hot tub and fire pit area (the view is spectacular!) and there was plenty of sleeping room for everyone inside. Roslyn Ridge is a great area and the fact that this property was just outside the larger development but we could still use the community pool, was fantastic. It's a quick drive to Lake Cle Elum and Salmon Le Sac - both great local hot spots. Using the dirt bike trails directly from the house was a huge plus and something you can't do within the Roslyn Ridge development or Suncadia. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook great meals, even an air fryer! One thing to mention is that the barbecue is a Traeger, so does take a bit longer than a regular barbecue, just something to be aware of. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great views and family house!

Our family very much enjoyed the area (Lake Cle Elum), and the family friendly home! The kids loved all the games, hot tub, and basketball court. We were there in August for the warm weather, but can see it'd be great during winter snow too! Hope to be back sometime!
