Beautiful spacious country home set on 22 acres that sleeps 27 people.

Welcome to Legends Woodland Lodge your mountain retreat.

New $400,000 renovations from a water pipe failure.

Our beautiful country house has many charming and comfortable rooms for family vacations or adventures with friends.
The spacious kitchen features a large sitting area for soaking up all the lovely, country kitchen ambiance.
Certain to enhance any mood, our spectacular Great Room which is centered by a magnificent stone fireplace and features large windows that wrap you in peaceful, forest views. The dining room has a variety of seating areas (former bed and breakfast style).
A fully stocked library that includes children's books, activities as well as many board games for the family to enjoy. The lower level family room has a large screen TV with plenty of seating for that big game or to view that special family show. Just off the hallway is a sink with a washer and dryer. You may step out of the Great Room and onto the back deck to relax with nature, or gather at the new fire pit to enjoy the warm glow of a fire. A swing set is also in the side yard for the smaller guests to enjoy. The large front yard is surrounded by woods and abundant wildlife and can be enjoyed from the country comfort of our large front porch. Playful chipmunks, scampering across the front porch are sure to make anyone smile.

GUESTS CAN ONLY CHECK IN WHEN THE CARDHOLDER IS PRESENT. CHECK IN IS 3 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 11 AM.

DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER! I PROVIDE SEPTIC SAFE TOILET PAPER THAT IS PROBABLY SOFTER ON YOUR TUSHY THAN WHAT YOU WOULD BRING!

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT IS 27 PEOPLE. WE ARE FIRE RATED FOR 27 PEOPLE (INCLUDING PACK IN PLAY GUESTS).

THERE IS NOT A HOT TUB WITH THIS PROPERTY.

GUEST LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE. DETERGENT IS NOT SUPPLIED!
