The last 300 metres of the road are unpaved but in good condition for both cars and pedestrians.

The house is designed for people with limited mobility; the doors and bathrooms are spacious, and it is a single-story home.

The last 300 metres of the access road are unpaved, but it is in good condition for vehicle access and for those who prefer to walk. The road is well-lit and safe day and night; the area is residential, and we are close to apartment complexes and other homes.

Important note: The house is designed for families and small groups of up to 8 guests. Parties, events, and additional visitors exceeding the number of people listed in the reservation are not permitted.
