Thank you, Suzanne, for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area, and the convenience of having three bathrooms. It's also great to know that you found the lock box easy to use. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing skylight blind pole. We understand how frustrating this kind of oversight can be during your stay. Rest assured, this issue has been addressed, and the pole is now available for future guests.
