Wij hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen een heerlijke vakantie gehad in villa Erytha. De villa heeft betere tijden gekend, maar dit werd ruimschoots gecompenseerd door de hostes Eleni, die met haar vier hondjes en katten op de begane grond woont. Zij heeft ons verwelkomt met een Grieks hapje en drankje en overladen met tips voor wat te doen in de omgeving en cadeautjes voor de kleinkinderen. De villa ligt op een berg en het uitzicht is geweldig. De berg Olympus met zijn besneeuwde toppen verveelt nooit. Ook is het strand dichtbij en Thessaloniki op een half uurtje met de auto te bereiken. Het strand is erg goed bereikbaar en toegankelijk voor iedereen.
