It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot, and it’s just a 2-minute walk from the iconic gate featured in the famous film “Call Me by Your Name.” Shops, bars, restaurants, the “Call Me by Your Name” film tour sites, and Piazza del Duomo—which is just a 1-minute walk away—are all easily accessible.

It features a spacious open-concept kitchen with an extendable table seating 6 people, complete with a convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, built-in dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, and a dedicated tea/coffee corner with a kettle and a NESCAFè DOLCE GUSTO Dè Longhi coffee machine, complete with coffee capsules.

The living room area features a 3-seater sofa that converts into a double sofa bed (194 x 135), access to the balcony with a view of the Cathedral’s bell tower, furnished with a small table and folding chairs. Rounding out the space is a 40-inch HD TV with a reclining mount.

The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a spacious shower, bidet, washing machine, and clothesline, along with detergent and fabric softener provided.

The first double bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200) with a 3-door wardrobe and a smooth velvet bench, as well as two nightstands with their respective bedside lamps.
In addition to a comfortable chair and a cordless lamp, guests have access to a 120x70 desk that is to be used exclusively for work.

The second bedroom, which is separate from the first, features a 3-tier bunk bed with a safety rail and ladder; the dimensions are 200 x 140 cm for the double bed and 90 cm for the single bed, along with a 3-door wardrobe and a smooth velvet bench.

The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance by lift or stairs.

The apartment also features air conditioning, exposed beams throughout, and hardwood floors everywhere.

From the windows, you can admire the high streets of the city centre and Piazza del Duomo.

The building is accessed through an entrance shared with the other two residential units, and the apartment has its own separate entrance on that floor, accessible by lift or stairs.
