We enjoyed this cozy home for our family during a quick family trip to Boise to visit family and watch a game at Boise State. Close to downtown and Meridian. Quiet neighborhood was nice for family walks around. Great value for our needs. There was no TV downstairs as advertised on photos but not a dealbreaker for us.
Great location and lovely home. My family was very comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Host communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay again
This property was clean, comfortable and well stocked to meet our needs. The separate downstairs was great for the grandchildren. Centrally located to all we did in the Boise area.
We would stay again.

The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. The basement apt with a living room and 2 twin beds was a hit with the kids.
This home and the location were absolutely perfect for the event I came into town to attend. The house had everything I needed, was clean, well stocked and cozy. Plus, I could walk to the event so I save $$ by not having to rent a car. Thanks so much for a great rental!
We loved the house including the basement. Only drawback not enough hot water for party of 8, only 2 could shower then had to wait for water to heat up or skip shower and take in evening before bed. Loved the kitchen and backyard too. Would possibly think about staying for our next trip week of thanksgiving.
This house was clean and new feeling. Everything was in excellent working order. The kitchen was very very well stocked. There was room for everyone with the extra downstairs space. Loved it was close to parks, campus, shopping.
This older home has been tastefully upgraded. The kitchen was a dream. It was very comfortable.
This property was located in a quiet neighborhood. This older home has ben tastefully upgraded. The kitchen was a dream, with amply cooking and serving supplies, a huge refrigerator and freezer space. Two comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a third bedroom with twin beds in the basement. Adequate laundry facilities were conveniently located. A very pleasant week over the holidays.
Very clean and great atmosphere. Landscaping was natural and relaxed. For an older home it has been very well maintained and updated while keeping that older charm. It had a great cozy vibe and was perfect for Mother’s Day weekend with my adult kids. Basement space was nice and private for my son that had to do several online meetings. Highly recommend. I didn’t want to leave.
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the separate area in the basement for our boys. It was nice they had an area to play video games. They suggested updating TV In basement? We found the one upstairs perfect for our needs! Loved the kitchen space and appreciated that coffee filters were furnished. I thought the home was charming and comfortable. Loved the book selection! I would definitely choose this house again !
We thought property was very cute, in a decent neighborhood and very close to downtown Boise! Overall our stay was good and we would most likely stay again. A few things that did not like about our stay, but would be an easy fix:
1. Being able to adjust temperature in the house. The heat was on and it got up to over 80degrees outside which made the inside of the house very uncomfortable. We tried to adjust the temp and turn heat off but was unable to do so due to the passcode on the thermostat. We had to go in the basement to be comfortable. Would have been nice to control the temp in the house since we are paying to stay there and it was very warm.
2. The TVs were pretty old and was unable to turn it on and off like a regular tv, remotes didn’t work.
3. There was no lights in the back patio which made it hard to see
Our party of 8 had two parents and two kids and the basement was a perfect 'separate' area for them while the rest of us were comfortable upstairs. Nice fireplace when it was below freezing outside. Kitchen was pretty easy to work in, though built in freezers and dishwasher took some hunting around to find. All in all a good space for family.
This location was perfect for our needs. Traveled from Portland OR to Boise for our nieces graduation. This home is centrally located to many attractions in and around Boise.
We stayed at this property because we were moving our daughter into BSU. It was a convenient location to get easily to and from the school. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some! Some of our favorite features were the kitchen, all of the built in cabinetry and decor, and the finished basement! Plenty of space! We will be back I’m sure!
We enjoyed out stay. Great space to spread out with family. Excellently stocked kitchen. Everything you need. Easy access to greenbelt by bike (about 5 min away). At least one hill to get back. Stored bikes in garage. Close to family so perfect for an evening ride.
It was advertised as a turn of the century house. Well, it was built in 1951 as far as I know. But nonetheless, it is an older home and has wonderful craftsmanship and pride of ownership.
