The apartment is located near the centre of Lucca's city walls. It is spread over two floors above ground. The ground floor features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a four-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, a sink, and kitchen utensils, as well as pots, pans, and a grill for cooking excellent Florentine steaks. The ground floor also features a large table with four chairs, a sideboard, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bidet, toilet, sink, water heater, and a spacious shower; a storage room with a washing machine; and the bedroom, which features a double bed or, if preferred, two single beds, a nightstand, and a closet. An additional single bed can also be provided, accommodating up to three people. The unit features a private, fenced-in garden with a gate, as well as a private parking space. The windows overlook the private garden. In front of the garden is a large paved area. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. The unit has been completely renovated recently. The day before your arrival, we’ll contact you with a message to provide all the necessary information and photos for self-check-in.

The property is located in a hilly, quiet, and peaceful area, very close to the walls of Lucca—and thus the city centre. Nearby, you’ll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport stops just a few hundred metres away. About two kilometres away is the starting point of the riverside trail that runs along the Serchio River—a beautiful walk of over 15 km through nature. We are located 4 kilometres from the centre of Lucca. Two kilometres away is the “Mio West” riding stable, where you can arrange horseback rides surrounded by nature. Near the property, you can choose from multiple trails for long walks in nature, running, and trail running—a mix of flat terrain, ascents, and descents—as well as a fitness trail about 2 kilometres away. From the property, you can reach the Apennine Mountains in about 40 minutes and get to the seaside at the famous Viareggio or the renowned Forte dei Marmi in about 40 minutes.
