Inside, you’ll find everything a family needs for a fun and relaxing stay—board games, a football table, a selection of DVDs, and plenty of space to unwind together after a day of adventure. This has been our cherished family holiday home for many years, and we're passionate about keeping it just that — a warm, welcoming space where guests can truly unwind and enjoy some much-deserved time away.

High Bickington is a quiet yet beautiful village conveniently located between Exmoor and Dartmoor National parks within easy access to numerous hiking routes as well as the Coast. The village boost a friendly village shop with a café in-situ, as well as a pub.
South Molton is a local town with a traditional market as well as plenty of independent shops & restaurants. And Barnstaple has all the amenities that you could want for your stay with us.
