Executive Home / Long Term Rental 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis

At this time we're only accepting long term rentals (~90+ days)

New Construction home in Maple Grove Minnesota just 25 minutes from Minneapolis and US Bank Stadium.

Our home can easily accommodate 12+ individuals with 4600+ square feet of space with 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a dedicated, private, full bathroom.

Pets can be negotiated. Back yard is completely fenced in.

Home is equipped with several large screen TVs and whole-home audio via Sonos.

Grill is available for use in the spacious back yard.

Fenced in private yard with tons of space available (yard is .7 acres total).

Loaded kitchen upstairs with dining space for 16 (12 @ table and 4 @ bar) and a double oven.

Enjoy two separate living / dining spaces. The lower level has a near-full kitchen that has a full refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, wet bar, and counter-top oven.

The basement also has a workout area with a Tonal workout system, bench, Peloton bike, free weights, and yoga mats and accessories

Great house! We were very comfortable and enjoyed the space for our family reunion.

The only negative I have to say is that when I originally booked the property, the map on VRBO indicated it was adjacent to Elm Creek Park. Based on the VRBO map, clearly within walking distance to the park. The location was important to us. After it was too late to make any changes, we were given the address and the house is 4 or 5 miles from the park - not walking distance. I believe that is VRBO error and not owner error. If I rent again in the area, I will not use VRBO.
