The space was great for our large family and well appointed with kitchen items. And although on a busy street, you can see the ocean from the property and there’s an easy walk to the beach through a walking underpass. The main downside for us was that there is a train right behind the property; the train runs throughout the day and up until about 10 pm. While the adults adjusted and dealt with it, the kids had a more difficult time with naps and sleeping. I didn’t recall reading anything about the train in the property description.

This place was good for our group of 11. The best part was being within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The home was beautiful but needs landscape maintenance and upgraded outdoor furniture. We were short on linens (sheets and towels) but the host was quick to provide. There was also a broken toilet seat. Filipa brought a new one which we were going to install but there was no tool to remove the broken one. The train in the back was loud and often but we managed to ignore it. The description said there was a hot tub but it was just a jetted tub in the primary bathroom, not an outdoor hot tub. Despite these things, it was a nice place to stay. The kids loved the upper loft bedroom and the pool table downstairs.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und ist perfekt für große Gruppen geeignet. Man hat einen direkten Blick aufs Meer, es war alles sauber und die Kommunikation lief super.
