The entrance is through a shared courtyard with the other apartment owned by the same property owner. Perfect for those seeking comfort and relaxation while staying close to the heart of the city.

The Space
The apartment features a cosy open-concept kitchen, tastefully furnished with a dining table, chairs, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed.
The living area features a large smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use: electric oven, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The bathroom is spacious and functional, with a sink, toilet, bidet, a large shower, and a convenient top-loading washing machine.
The master bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, is bright and tastefully furnished. It features an open closet for convenient storage of your clothes and a desk ideal for those who work remotely.
