The ground floor has level access to front door and features a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area with plenty of natural light, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. A separate kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooking range, while a convenient toilet and a ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite shower cubicle offer flexible accommodation. Underfloor heating throughout the downstairs ensures a warm and cosy stay all year round.

Upstairs, exposed beams and a striking circular feature window add character to the first floor. Here you’ll find three bedrooms: a king-size room with a Juliet balcony, a double bedroom, and a twin room which also has a Juliet balcony and its own en-suite shower cubicle. A spacious family bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure. Outside, a private patio with seating looks out over the surrounding grounds, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Just a two-minute walk away, you’ll find an award-winning country pub serving excellent food and local ales. For fishing fanatics there is carp fishing available half a mile away with two free day passes available upon request. Mill House Barn is ideally situated for exploring a wide variety of attractions in the region. Families will love BeWILDerwood and Trentham Monkey Forest, both around 30 to 45 minutes away. For an unforgettable wildlife experience, Chester Zoo is less than a 40-minute drive and promises a full day of fun and discovery for all ages.
