Unobstructed ocean view, oceanfront one level condo. Two bedroom, two bath condo in the beautiful Solana Beach and Tennis Club. Gorgeous sunset views! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. Single level corner unit with clean kitchen, baths and furnishings. King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen boasts quartz countertops and beautiful stainless steel appliances. Distressed hard wood floors throughout.
Contemporary beach decor. BBQ on patio. 2 covered parking spots and many guest parking spots available. Plenty of storage. Part of a condo complex with 6 recently resurfaced tennis courts, 1 pool and 2 jacuzzis. Cannot beat the location of this property! Walking distance to some local restaurants and close to the Del Mar Fairgrounds. True and rare beauty! Perfect spot to build many happy memories!

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Solana Beach condo twice, first in 2020 and again in 2026, and it was just as wonderful the second time around. The location truly can’t be beat, right on the water with stunning ocean views and the sound of waves that instantly puts you at ease. Morning coffee on the balcony and sunset evenings were highlights.The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s clear the space is very well cared for.Laura, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She’s responsive, kind, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, oceanfront escape.

Incredible Views, Clean and Comfortable!

Breathtaking views from the moment you enter! Clean, comfortable, well organized and has everything you need for your home away from home! Easy access to the beach, pool/spa and other complex amenities as well as a short and beautiful walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and shopping. Wonderful Property!

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. Ocean breezes and waves lull you to sleep. The condo has everything you need to cook and watch the evening sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo On The Cliffs

We spent a week over the Christmas holiday enjoying this beautiful and fully updated condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Everything we needed from coffee filters to beach chairs were provided and the owner checked in on us mutliple times. We will be staying here again!

Clean, gorgeous views, wonderful location!

From the moment you walk in, the property is clean, has amazing views of the ocean, and is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could need. The unit is exactly what you expect from the pictures, if not better! Communication with the owner was fantastic, and the location to the beach, restaurants, shopping, local farmers market, day trips, and more is superb. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to come back.

Amazing Views!

The only thing to pack when you stay is clothing. The condo is outfitted with absolutely everything you'd need for a great stay including great beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and anything you could think of in the kitchen and baths. Laura is so great with check in, follow-up and kindness! The views from the patio and living room are breathtaking!

Outstanding Vacation

This is a first class property. My family stayed for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. Quiet end unit that is newly remodeled. Best unit in the complex. Sleeps 4 comfortably. All the amenities are provided for you. Laura is also very responsive and wants everyone to have a great time. Incredible experience!

Amazing!

I almost hate to give a review as we will be coming back and don't want other visitors to find this place!! We spent a week in this home and didn't want to leave. Better Than The Reviews (and they were really good)

Ok, so I read all the reviews and I thought "no place is that good". Well, I was wrong. This place is near perfect ... across the board. For instance, the kitchen is better equipped than our own (and that's saying something). Every aspect of this condo exceeded our expectations. Finally, the property manager "Laura" was amazing. We definitely will be back and stay longer.

Great stay

The condo was everything we hoped for. Clean, clean, clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. The beds, furniture flooring were all high grade. There is garage parking for 2 cars. The best part is the view. Unobstructed of the Pacific Ocean. Nice outdoor furniture. Great having coffee in the morning watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. And in great position to have a drink and watch a beautiful sunset. And the property manager was responsive and friendly, making sure our stay was satisfactory.

Gorgeous property

This unit is gorgeous! The photos are accurate - very up-to-date and very nice finishes. The kitchen is well equipped - it has everything you need if you want to cook or if you just want to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the patio. The bed in the m aster is comfortable. Great storage space. The extra fans came in handy since it was pretty warm during the last few days of our visit. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Overall, a very nice stay.

The unit looks bar and new. We enjoyed the magnificent view sitting on the balcony. There is plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs , boogie boards, umbrellas. The kitchen had more than expected dishes and cookware. Laura was very responsive and recommended a good place for surf lessons for our son. We will be back next April! Merci ☺️

EXCELLENT

We've been coming to Solana Beach for many years and this was by far our favorite unit. It was exactly as advertised and in great shape. The unit included everything you would need and it was all very nice including all the kitchen items which were in great shape. The beach gear was also in great shape and included the typical needs. The location in the complex was quiet and was truly a great view. The landlord was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions. Overall highly recommended!

Modern / Clean & a Great View!!!

This was by far one of the best VRBO places we’ve ever rented...The pictures don’t do this unit Justice...The unit was very modern & it was well stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy a beach Vacation...Kitchen was roomy, had great dishes & cooking items, including the very nice outdoor grill which had not 1 but 2 full propane tanks (Nice touch)...The 2 TV’s & internet/cable package was great, especially when I had to do some unexpected Work on my laptop...The location to the CVS, Grocery Store(s), Restaurants, Other Beaches & Entertainment was perfect!!!...Overall there wasn’t one thing I’d change about my experience or our choice of Rental Units...I highly recommend this Owner & VRBO

Fabulous Oceanfront Property

One word about the entire stay, FABULOUS! From the moment you open the door you are awed by the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. It literally put the biggest smile in my face. The condo is well taken care of and very clean, which is a must for me. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook entire meals, and was very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the ocean views from the master bedroom were amazing. I loved waking up every morning to the view of the ocean. I spent most of my time on the patio that has comfortable furnishings and allows you to view the surfers, dolphins and boats out on the water. We walked down to the beach most days and spent hours on the sand. The beach is really nice with an active lifeguard on duty. The stairs were a good source of exercise each day. We cooked most meals at the condo, but there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo has everything you need, we actually overpacked. It was like being at home with everything that was provided. The condo grounds are beautiful with 2 covered parking spots that are a very short walk to the front door. The property manager Laura was very responsive and would reply quickly whenever I had any questions. The check in process was easy too with no issues. This is a full 5 star rating. We will absolutely be renting here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Must rent location for San Diego north county. Beautifully updated corner unit overlooking the beach. Fully stocked with everything a family needs, especially with young kids. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back again in years to come! Best experience!

Wonderful place to make a vacation!

We are a German family and were travelling with a teenage son. The apartment, the location, the preparation for and the support during our stay there - the total package! - was everything we were hoping for to have a memorable vacation in California. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there! Sitting on the balcony in the morning with our first cup of coffee, we watched the early bird surfers and swimmers in the ocean in front of us as well as the dolphins that passed by regularly between 8 and 9 am. The evening sunsets in the same spot were simply stunning! The apartment is wonderfully designed and equipped with lovely pieces making us feel at home immediately. Everything we needed was there - from soap to beach chairs. We have never before had a kitchen in a holiday apartment which was so well equipped to suit our needs! Laura and Mike, the owners, helped with some recommendations on places to go which we would probably not have discovered ourselves. Therefore, we left this place fully relaxed and enriched by many memorable experiences. Thank you, Laura and Mike. We definitively will be back!
