2eme séjour dans la maison de Mr Conty.Tout était parfait de l'arrivée au départ comme la première fois.Cette fois ci c'était pour des cousinades 15 personnes adultes.Proximité de la plage et de Fouras,1 lit pour tout le monde ,2 salles de bain et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.Un grand salon très confortable.Accueil parfait par Fabienne qui s'adapte à nos horaires pour la remise des clés.Vraiment rien à redire, tout le monde était satisfait.

Randonnées sur l ile Madame et Aix. Atelier enfants à la corderie de Rochefort et visite de la corderie. Aquarium de la Rochelle. Randonnées à Crazanne et aux limpidiades.

Assez confortable pour 13 adultes, cuisine bien équipée, mais un peu petite, manque de place pour ranger l' épicerie, , une salle d: eau supplémentaire et un WC seraient bienvenus. La maison était conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Séjour agréable dans une maison spacieuse pour douze personnes de 3 générations différentes. Beaucoup de matériel à disposition (vaisselle, appareils ménager mais pas de toute première qualité ce qui génère quelques déboires). Environnement agréable.

Séjour très agréable

Accueil le vendredi soir par Fabienne qui s'est adaptée à notre heure d'arrivée (17h30). Maison conforme à nos attentes ,spacieuse pour un groupe de 12 adultes et 3 enfants.Lits bébés et chaise haute à disposition.Beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine.Deux grands frigos pour stocker la nourriture et les boissons. Salon pouvant accueillir 12 adultes sur les canapés et ça c'est vraiment cool. Tout était parfait. Mr Conti est venu lors de notre départ.Personne très sympathique. Je recommande sans aucun problème cette location et y retournerai avec plaisir.

Pourrait être mieux !

Grande maison parfaite pour groupe famille ou amis. MAIS, la conciergerie mandatée ne se déplace pas, envoie une amie pour ouvrir la porte, pas d'inventaire, propreté du jacuzzi douteuse ! Eau toute trouble ! ....... Part contre, beaucoup d'espace détente et jeux a profusion, bel espace repas sur la terrasse. A l'intérieur deux billards, dont un qui a beaucoup servi, Très bien de ce côté..... Pour le départ, toujours personne! pas d'état des lieux, la conciergerie nous demande d'aller déposer les clés dans sa boîte aux lettres perso ,dans le centre ville. On a passé un agréable week-end en famille malgré tout !

Super gîte pour un weekend en famille

Le gite est très bien équipé. La grande pièce de vie et le grand salon permettent de profiter du weekend même en octobre. Le gite est très bien adapté pour un regroupement de familles.

Super séjour en famille

Bon séjour à Fouras. La maison est bien situé, le propriétaire très agréable. Le jacuzzi était très agréable avec un super week end pour la météo. Encore merci. Et nous le recommandons
