Just South of Noto town and only 7km from its sandy beaches, Villa Notu is a sophisticated house with private pool, nestled in a peaceful location. The villa develops between a main house and an annex, both on ground floor only.

MAIN HOUSE
Here, we find a beautiful modern kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace. From the kitchen we access the two double bedrooms (160x200cm) with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is a separate guest bathroom with laundry facilities.

ANNEX
Here we find a third bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex can only be accessed from the outside.

OUTSIDE
Surrounded by a picturesque rural landscape, the property is adorned with olive and citrus groves, framed by traditional dry-stone walls that enhance its authentic Sicilian charm. Expansive outdoor spaces include a stunning private pool (15x4m; 1.4m deep; open from April 5 to November 28), a spacious terrace, fully equipped for alfresco dining and leisurely outdoor living, barbecue and an outdoor toilet.
