🏝🏖 The Duplex Bungalow is a two-story holiday home with an upper-level terrace and a spacious, enclosed patio in front of the entrance to a residential building featuring two communal pools—one for adults and one for children. It can accommodate up to 4 people, with two beds on the upper floor in a double bedroom (memory foam mattress) and two in the living room on a 130 cm x 190 cm ASARUM sofa bed (not a click-clack). A cot for infants is available. The rental cost includes electricity and water usage, as well as the use of all kitchen appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and hair dryer, and is equipped with all necessary towels.

The booking rate includes water and electricity consumption, Fibre WiFi (800 Mb download and upload speeds), and an unlimited private line with unlimited usage—which, among other features, will allow you to watch TV with channels from around the world in 4K!
