Braeside House, beautiful holiday home with stunning views

Summary:

Renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard, enjoy a luxurious and unique experience at this centrally located, self-catering detached house. Braeside House is situated a few minutes’ walk from Fort William town centre’s amenities but in its own spacious grounds with parking, outdoor dining and barbecue areas.

The open-plan living space on the first floor has beautiful loch views with a private terrace for relaxing after enjoying a day of Highland culture, outdoor activities and history.

The Space:

Upstairs is an 80 square metre open-plan living area with amazing views over Loch Linnhe from a terrace (please absolutely no smoking on the terrace), with outdoor furniture for relaxing.

The living space has a kitchen with bar stools, dining area with table to seat 8 comfortably, and living room with a 60 inch smart TV. There are two smart TVs with streaming apps. Guests use their own accounts and subscriptions. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and a cafetière.

Downstairs:

There is one king bedroom, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with zip-and-link beds. Both twin bedrooms have zip-and-link beds, which can be arranged as two singles or a king-size bed on advance request.

The house has three bathrooms and a separate WC. The king bedroom has an en suite with a walk-in shower. The double bedroom has an en suite with a bath and overhead shower. The two twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is also a toilet adjacent to a games room complete with pool table, TV, bar with fridge and entrance hall.

There is a large carport for storing sports equipment, drying wetsuits, and dog (or boot) wash, as well as a large utility and drying room complete with dehumidifier.

There are several areas for outside dining, one covered barbecue area and an open area at the top of the garden with a fire pit and views over the town and loch.

Other Things to Note:

There is a small Tesco supermarket, post office, cafes, pubs, restaurants, chemists, book shop, hardware and outdoor shops on the High St. Larger supermarkets Lidl/Aldi/Morrisons/Marks and Spencer can all be found just outside the town centre. A quick Google search will show their location.
