Welcome to Bunitesa di Bida!

There are two cottages next to each other. The two cottages are identical. This is Kas Iguana.

Our new cottages are located in the western part of Curaçao, in the town of Hofi Abau, known for its beautiful beaches, which are no more than 15 km away from the cottages. The distance from the airport to the cottages is 26 km, so you can start enjoying your stay right after your flight.

The open-concept living area and kitchen are modernly furnished and feature a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and features a small dining table for cosy meals. In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious double bed (180x200 cm), a handy bench to set your suitcase on, and a closet for all your belongings. This room is equipped with air conditioning and a portable fan, so you can always enjoy a comfortable temperature. The bathroom, located right next to the bedroom, is equipped with a luxurious rain shower with a Grohe thermostatic faucet, a toilet, and a modern vanity.

Outside on the terrace, there’s a lounge sofa and a dining table with chairs—perfect for a relaxing evening outdoors. From the terrace, you have a view of your own garden, where you can enjoy a private hot tub (heated by the sun) and have access to the shared pool, which you share with your neighbors. Both terraces are visible from the pool. The garden also features lounge chairs, a hammock, and a barbecue, for the ultimate relaxation experience.

There is on-site parking at the front of the cottages. There are security cameras installed throughout the property, and the cottage is equipped with an alarm system.

Water and electricity are billed based on actual usage. The cottages are equipped with European 220-volt outlets, so you can easily plug in your devices.

On the day of departure, you may use the cottage until your flight, subject to prior arrangement

Electricity is included up to 12 kWh per day Any consumption beyond that will be billed separately

Please note that our cottages are smoke-free and pet-free.
