The apartment is located in the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto, on the famous Riviera delle Palme, just a short walk from all essential amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops), with beaches and tourist attractions within easy reach, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free holiday immersed in the local culture and cuisine.
The 70-square-meter apartment, equipped with all modern comforts, spans two floors, features a private entrance, accommodates up to 7 people, and has been designed to create an environment that will make you feel right at home.
It consists of: an entryway leading to the living room/kitchen, which is fully equipped with an extendable table, a 3-seater sofa, and a fold-away double bed with a slatted frame and memory foam mattress; a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine; on the second floor, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. All mattresses are made of “memory foam.” The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. Bed linens and sets of bath towels with shower gel and shampoo are provided. An iron and ironing board are also available. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment. The living room and master bedroom feature a small balcony overlooking the outdoors. We provide a free beach service at a partner beach club: 1 beach umbrella + 2 lounge chairs.
