Villa Marimela 6
Brand new modern furnished, fully equipped and spacious apartment suitable for 6 persons. Apartment features free wi fi, air conditioning in each room and parking place. It is perfect located , right in the city center so on only 3 -5 min by walk from all city facilities !
In the garden is beautiful swimming pool and sundeck where guests can peacefully relax during the day. Pool is shared with other guests from the villa. If guests prefer to swim in the sea, nearest beach is on 5 min by walk.
The space
Apartment is on the second floor. It is spacious ( 55 m2 ) has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower + extra toilet, kitchen, living area and terrace with sea view. Each room has its own A/C.
Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided.

Guests have free access to all facilities and services available at the luxurious apartment, belonging terrace , pool area as well as a specific parking space on the ground floor.
