In 3 acres of grounds, with opportunities to relax; a further 8 acres - enclosed, situated across the river, offer an exclusive riverside walk. For more energetic guests there is use of the tennis court. Can be booked with The Holt and/or The Roost, Sett and Warren to accommodate 12-22 guests
