Macarty House: Resort-style Home for 16 - Outdoor pool, covered bar & large deck

Welcome to our lovely Victorian-era mansion built in the 1860s. The house has tons of charm and quirky additions to its historic beginnings. Converted to a bed and breakfast in 2000, it boasts 8 sleeping rooms each with it`s own full bathroom.

Outside in the backyard is like a hidden oasis for you and your group to enjoy during your stay. Enjoy swimming in our 15,000 gallon pool, lounging on the deck, and relaxing at the cabana bar.

Sleep 16 people (Max Occupancy).

House Rules:
- Please respect our neighbors by limiting noise while enjoying the pool and grounds. A strict noise ordinance is in effect starting at 10pm until 7am. Absolutely no amplified music or loud noises are allowed including but not limited to Bluetooth and phone speakers, musical instruments, clapping, hollering, or loud talking.
- Max guest occupancy is 16 persons
- No glitter, confetti, or similar media allowed. This includes pool floats.
- Smoking is allowed outside only. Please discard of cigarettes butts properly. [An additional fee may be applied if butts found on grounds]
- No events or parties involving people not included in the reservation group WITHOUT APPROVAL.
- Events and parties may require an event contract and fee.
