The location is unbeatable, very convenient. The beds are clean, reasonably comfortable. However, the bathroom isn’t too present, mildew around the shower and sewage smell on and off. The floor wasn’t very clean. We caught a small cockroach one night.

When I booked this accommodation, I searched for a place with free parking, and since this accommodation said it had a parking lot, I thought there was one. However, the meaning of parking was to refer to street parking, and street parking in Melbourne was too difficult. It would be better if you could clearly state the existence of the parking lot.

Apartment was clean and tidy in a great location close to trams, food etc ,and big enough for 2x adults, 2x teens. Good size table, couch and kitchen. Drawbacks were minimal supplies for 3 nights ie 1x roll toilet paper, 1 x small soap/shampoo/conditioner, 2 x tiny dishwashing sachets. We had to buy additional toilet paper, and it would be great to have a couple of extra towel and blankets available. We could not get the oven to work but did use the stovetop. No views, with an office block about 3m away, so not keen to have curtains open. Overall thpugh, Good secure building, great location, clean, tidy, good layout, everything you need for a short stay.
