This house has a very bad damp problem
When we arrived opened the door to a dirty floor and very strong smell of damp the water was running down the walls in the dining room looked behind the unit and there was mouse or rat droppings when we looked around the rest of the house it was very dirty not hovered for mouths and more droppings under sofas we spent two days cleaning before family arrived didn’t want children picking up animal droppings washed all the contents of the kitchen .the boiler is not fitted to standard OFTEC specifies that the oil fire valve and de-airator (Tigerloop unit) must be fitted externally. The only Tigerloop that can be fitted internally is the Tigerloop Bio De-airator, and that one isn't. and it’s broken so sells and not good for health .complaind to the manger and requested a dehumidifier and pest control and a cleaner but only got a dehumidifier next doors dogs barking none stop and residents very hostile to people renting the farm house accused us of using there dust bin . the marking of this property is very misleading and it is not fit to be rented out I will be awaiting your response.
